Erin Kuschner is the Food Writer for, where she writes about the dynamic restaurant and bar scene — and, yes, Polar Seltzer — in Boston. She is the former editor of Time Out Austin, and launched the digital and print publication in the Texas capital in 2017. Time Out Austin served as the city's go-to guide for new openings, events, and things to do, in addition to in-depth profiles of the people and places that make Austin great. Prior to this, she was the restaurants and bars editor for Time Out Los Angeles, where she covered L.A.'s food and drink scene, reviewed restaurants, and became an authorative voice on where to drink and dine in Los Angeles. She has appeared regularly on radio and TV, and her work has been published in the Los Angeles Times, Time Out New York, October, Eater Austin, The Local Palate, Clean Plates, and more.
